On December 3rd, 2025, business leaders from the Southwest Michigan region gathered over breakfast to learn more about economic forces shaping Michigan and what to expect in the year ahead. Attendees were informed about statewide policy priorities, competitiveness challenges, major economic trends influencing business growth, local development initiatives, and much more. 
With insight given by Arthur Havlicek, the CEO of the Southwest Michigan Regional Chamber, Jonas Petersen, the CEO of Southwest Michigan First, Dan Fette, the Director of Community Development for Berrien County, and others, the event offered meaningful opportunities for personal and professional growth.
